Purchase an audio book right before the Christmas holiday. It’s called The Happiest Days of Our Lives by Wil Wheaton. Yeah, you know the name. He’s the actor who made the character Wil Crusher of Star Trek: The Next Generation, famous. Well turns out he’s more than just an actor. He’s a husband, father, writer, blogger, and yes, and actor.

I have been reading and enjoying Wil’s blog for about two years. I am a quiet blog follower. So in December he posts that you can get a copy of his book for $19.72. I had contemplated on buying the book but as most people who know me. I tend to buy books and then never read or finish them. I prefer the audio or visual experience versus reading. It’s a learning thing.

So I bought the book. And it was a digital file download. Cool, I can handle that. Well, as it turns out, the email that contained the link to download had a time limit. Oops! On holiday vacation with family and forgot about my book. I returned home, went back to the normal working routines when I remembered. My Book!! I am ready to read (er, listen) that book. Oh, yeah, got to download and get to MP3 player.
